How can we overcome over thinking? I am fighting it for last 6-7 years and I feel it is the main for all my problems like depression, worry, anxiety, lack of concentration among others? And yes sleep disorder.

Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake.
