Hello doctor, I am recently diagnosed with severe anaemia a month ago. After getting diagnosed my hb level got increased from 3 to 10 and started leading a normal life. Today, my initial symptoms again started reoccurring and I got my blood tested which showed hb level of 7. Please guide me to cure my sickness.
