My baby boy is three months old. I am using kz plus lotion to wash his hair. Is it safe to use this as it's dandruff solution and my baby doesn't have any skin or scalp related issues. Doesn't have dandruff. His hair getting thin. I am not able to decide it's his hair type or due to shampoo.
