Hello Sir/mam, I am an it professional, working in night shift from last 8 years, earlier I use to be in 60-70 kg weight, my height is 5"7 ft, after my marriage I have started gaining, in just 1.5 years I am now I'm at 102 from 85 kg - having this figure 102-105 kg. Just to maintain and reduce fat, I have started walk for 2 km each day but at other side I am worried what else needs to be done to reduce weight, can I go for any liposuction surgery or any surgery in orders to reduce fat. Because I am unable to reduce even after moderate exercise. Pn: I am also working on my eating habits, but still no result.

No need of liposuction. First of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don?t overeat 2. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style eating every 2 hours increases basal metabolic rate also. If you follow this over a period of time you will see that your intake of food has decreased exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming, walking etc. Now about exercise. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. For more details you can consult me.
