My heart rate remains mostly low between 62 to 65 bpm when at rest. However, when I walk it goes upto 170 bpm. My bp mostly remains between 135 / 80 to 118 / 75. I have been taking nebistar 5 mg at 8 am and delicate forte for bp and anxiety. Are my health indicators ok?
