Even after 3 miscarriages there is more than 60% chance of uneventful pregnancy. Hope in your case, uterine anomalies, apla syndrome has been ruled out. Hope your thyroid function and blood sugar are normal. You take folic acid and ecopsrin and as soon as you conceive its better to empirically start low molecular weight heparin injection and duphaston. Also a suggestion to get a first trimester combined screening for aneuploidy done at 12 weeks followed by a cervical circlage. Best wishes.
