I got iud inserted on 27th feb 2019. 1-2 days there was slight pain but ignorable kinds. But since 6-7 days my lower back pains a lot & also sore breasts and some good amount of spotting as well. My gums told me to take meftal spa, but being hypothyroid patient, can I take meftal spa?
