Hi, I'm 21 years old and I have problem regarding my penis head. When I pull my foreskin backwards and if I touch glans of penis I feel something like itching. It's actually not itching or pain but I get some feel which is uncomfortable. If there is a foreskin then I don't get any feel but when I touch it without foreskin I don't feel comfortable. Is it because of deficiency of any hormones or something weakness? This makes me to masturbate without foreskin pulled backwards.
