I have scoliosis at the l4-l5 region of the vertebral column. Consulted many spine surgeons. All are suggesting surgery. Is it required? Ayurvedic doctors says no need of surgery since it is. Vata- imbalance. I can't stand long, straight. What am I supposed to do do Dr. Please suggest?
