I have felt increase in numbness whenever I little long sit on toilet or just sitting crisscross on floor. I'm 32 years old female and 80 kg 5'7" I don't have diabetes, thyroid or bp. Why there is increase in numbness and even sometime I feel same in hands finger specially last finger. My mother is suffering from paralysis. Is i'm also vulnerable to it ?apart from my mother there is no such history in my family. Please help.

first of all. get your Vit B12 check. And if it's low which is the probability in your case, take supplements.
