Unfortunately your rct gone wrong that can be due to 2 simple reason. 1) rct was done by inexperienced/ unskilled / bds dental professional. 2) even skilled/ experienced super specialist mds endodontist can make mistakes while filling the multiple root canals in a single posterior tooth. What to do now? Take pain killers and please visit the same or other dentist to get an x-ray done. If 2nd time rct is recommended, go for it else extraction would be the last option.
