Hi lybrate-user, no single meal will make you gain weight. Your weight gain is not dependant on what you eat in breakfast it depends on how you choose to eat in your meals throughout the day. You can have 2 dosa in the breakfast but also make sure that you will be eating balanced diet in lunch and dinner. For a change you can have dal dosa instead of regular dosa, if you are worried about calories from rice in dosa you can prefer brown rice for dosa making.
