How to clean our teeth in one day. Please suggest me.

Depending upon the food debris ,the mineralized hard deposits on your teeth, two or three sittings or visits may be necessary if the extent of those deposits is deep and large enough.

kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need yellow bacterial film called ?plaque? that occurs naturally in your mouth can build up if not removed filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

An up and down motion to brush the teeth should be followed, brush twice daily after meals.
