Purified water or mineral water which we are consuming today are out of electrolytes! by drinking one litre of water ,you are just loading your kidney! after workout ,we normally get dehydrated so to hydrate and quench your thirst ,have some electrolytes! one can have any cold pressed juice without adding sugar (if you are counting every single calorie )! or can opt for tender coconut! consuming water is definitely healthy but make sure that doesn't spoil your hunger!
