Hi I am experiencing some pain in my knees. Sometimes I don't feel any pain at all. But after climbing too manu stairs or dancing or jogging, my knees begin to hurt bad. I am 28 years old. Pl help me with any recommended diet and exercise. Im worried.

Avoid squatting. Avoid cross leg sitting. Get your serum B12 and vit D3 levels checked. Visit some physiotherapist near by and learn Quadriceps strengthening exercises.

The pain is due to muscles weakness. You do static quadriceps drill and hamstring strengthening exercise daily. your pain will subside slowly. contect me I will guide you.
