In general during pregnancy you need 400micrograms (mcg) of folic acid. 400 IU of vitamin D. 200 to 300 milligrams (mg) ofcalcium. 70 mg of vitamin C. 3 mg of thiamine. 2 mg of riboflavin. 20 mg of niacin. 6 mcg of vitamin B12. Consult your attending gynaecologist before consuming them.

You have to take multivitamin tablets with vitamin d3 tablets. There is no harm if you take folic acid tablets also. I will suggest you to take single tablet in place of so many. I recommend you to take MUMVIT+ DUO which is updated french formulation which is a combination of all.
