Hi Sir, myself injas. I'm 25 years old. How do I gain weight? I'm taking food 3 times a day. I don't miss meals. But still I'm not gaining weight. Is there anything with the food or do I have to undergo any checkup. I eat both veg and non-veg. Most probable I have veg food.

Check your TSH levels .try to increase the intake of calories from good fats apart from proteins from high biological value like eggs fish chicken and lean meats. Ho for strength training workouts at-least five days a week.
