Start with muscle strengthening workouts along with high protein diet increase the intake of high biological value protein foods in your diet like eggs chicken fish lean meats nuts and seeds.

It’s not necessary to take any medications for body growth instead go for gym workouts at least five days a week and take balanced diet

Mix few drops of castor oil with coconut oil and apply a thin layer on your eyebrows and eyelashes. Take precautions that oil should not come in contact with eyes.

hi manpreet try to include high biological value protein in your diet like eggs chicken lean meats etc . incorporate nuts and seeds like pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds cucumber seeds in ir diet Amranth seeds are good source of calcium
