Doctor my neck is uncomfortable from the past 8 years. It is more uncomfortable when I do more busy brain work and when I feel anger stress and unhappy. My neck is moving side by side as a habit from the past time. Tell me the proper treatment.

Have you consulted an orthopedic and ruled out any other issue with the neck? Do some basic neck exercises, and try to take some 10 mins out and meditate on "letting go" Let go of your resentments and anger and bitterness.
