Hi, My question is related to the Hair Specialist. I want to ask for myself and my mother, that which Hair Oil promotes fast and healthy hair growth. As I have thick hair and not straight. Also which foods are good for hair and makes the hair shiny and reduces further greying of hair. FYIP, I am a vegetarian cum sea food (Fish and Prawns) eater. Also that whether the Market Henna month is better than Hair Colour, as I use month to cover my Front Hair Greys. My mother uses Black Colour Mehndi, so is it a good option for her to cover her greys?

Coconut oil is the best oil you can use for your hairs, having milk, almonds,flex seeds, soyabean,walnut, green tea, dates, pear ,papaya ,spinach and paneer is good for your hairs .to prevent greying of hairs you should have food rich in iron and green leafy vagies .u should use any natural henna. Black mehandi is not mehandi it is a chemical preparation which can harm your hairs.
