Hi, I am having mild anxiety disorder. Inhale breathing difficulty, numbness of hands. Taking Daxid 100 mg and Mirtaz 7.5 mg and SOS lorazepam 0.25 mg. Please advise to control anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy involves finding out the causal factors of the anxiety and learning healthy coping strategies for the same. Try deep breathing exercises and maintain regular exercises schedule.
