Dear sir/madam My wife having a problem of piles Is there any medicine to cure without surgery. If surgery is compulsory can you suggest any lady surgeon because my wife is shy in nature.

Piles can be completely treated without surgery by Ayurvedic treatment. Treatment will depend on the stage of Piles. In 1st and 2nd stage Piles Graded Kshar Karma along with oral medicine is advised while in 3rd and 4th stage; Graded Ksharsutra ligation is treatment of choice. So you are advised to get yourself clinically examined to know the stage of your problem and proper treatment.
