Hi, my daily routine work makes me enough tired and irritated because of traveling to much so I'm unable to hit the gym or any physical exercise. Now I'm putting on allot of weight and even even after moderate workout it's not going, I have chronic constipation and asthma. What should I do? Please help. I'm unable to find a perfect treatment for my weight loss right now my weight is 68 kgs and height 5'2.5.
