Your condition is called oral sub mucous fibrosis. Anti oxidant alone will not help you. You must consult a dentist. You might need intralesional injection to break and dissolve those white fibres and some mouth gel and tablets .avoid spicy food. Any paan or gutka and keep your mouth clean.
