I used to grind and clench my teeth and used to keep my mouth wide open to see if there is anything in my mouth but now I am feeling pain somewhat around jawline which I think is tmj but I am not sure if there is ay other disease. I got my tooth filling recently. Is it because of that? Can you please help me Should I stop eating hard things and eating from that side?

Hi. Please visit an Oral Surgeon to rule out the cause. He/ She will clinically examine you and look for the cause of pain. If it's pain in the jaw due to clenching then he will prescribe the treatment for that. If the pain is due to high points in the filling the that high points needs to be removed. For both the things a Clinical examination is required.
