Let's take this one slow for a second... You do not have HIV from this, because you had no risk to get it. Therefore, your "real question" doesn't even need to be answered. A one-day-old cut is not a way for HIV to get into your body, it just isn't. If it were an open, bleeding, wide cut I have a feeling that you would have mentioned that. Also, if that were the case you probably wouldn't have been able to finger any with that. This sounds like something that'd been causing you a high level of distress.
