Hi, I have some issue I am afraid of darkness, ghosts and being alone in a room. so I am not getting sleep at night. I am not able to control my thoughts so I was thinking and imagining things that doesn't happen. I am not able to concentrate on my work. I consider others opinion and am acting according to it.
