My knees have been degenerated, as I have osteo arthritis, May I do static cycling. Please suggest me any other exercises.

Yes you can do cycling. Even swimming is good for u. You can do all those type of exercises in which U don't need to put your weight on your knees. Like walking n tread mill is not good for you.

As you have various other health problems, you first should go for proper evaluation and examination inorder to go for Therapeutic Exercise. Don't do static cycling without proper assessment by a Qualified Physiotherapist or Orthopedist. You can try Quadriceps and Hamstrings Isometrics Exercise. But first learn it from a Qualified Physiotherapist after thorough examination. Good luck!
