After 20 days of my periods I checked my estradiol level it was 432. Is it a cause for concern and shall I take supplements to reduce excessive estrogen?

According to Mayo Medical Laboratories, normal levels of estradiol (E2) for menstruating women range from 15 to 350 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL). For postmenopausal women, normal levels should be lower than 10 pg/mL. As our level is increased you need gynec check up and of course you can take supplements to reduce excessive estrogen and note the effect.
