There is sort of redness in my throat with tiny little bumps on back of my throat. I have considered ent specialist he asked me to complete the antibiotic courses which includes amoxyclav. I have completed the course but it does not help. I have considered another ent specialist he told me this is due to acid reflex and I have granular pharyngitis and fibratic tonsils. Can you tell me can this happen due to acid reflex. And what is granular pharyngitis and fibratic tonsils.
