I am 31 male. Before 20-25 days, I have done two times teeth cleaning and one time polishing. Still I got blood from my mouth when I spit that is after sleeping and before brushing. Sometimes I got bad test in the mouth during day time. When I eat something then test gone away. What is the reason behind that? Is it serious or should I have to do any other thing?

Gum infection is the most common cause for the bleeding gums, get scaling and polishing done by a dentist. Brush twice daily. Use sensoform gum paint apply and massage over the gums it strengthens the gums. And use UltraSoft Bristle toothbrush. Thank you.

You may use chlohex plus mouthwash rinse two times daily for a month ..because even after scaling and polishing bleeding persists .. need constant .. watch for next three months to see if bleeding is happening after procedure or not ..
