I am 21 years old. I have my last periods on 21 August but I am facing some light discharge of brownish colour (like blood) from my vagina during urination or I feel it normally also. It is happening from 7 September which is before my normal date of period. I also feel vomiting and dizziness sometimes and there is no sign of monthly periods till now. It's already one month since my last period came. What can be the reasons for this and do I need to worry about this?
