That symptom may not indicate any disease but it's good to notice it. All you have to do is revisit your overall habits, and try to curb the tendency to eat frequently. Adapt a healthy lifestyle which means eating most of the times only homemade food with a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables (as they have less calories and yet filled with lot of nutrients and fibres!) while restricting outside food. Start exercising everyday (at least go for a brisk walk for 30 mins ). You can also follow any sports of your choice. Learn yoga which can help you to balance every thing without getting stressed out. Lastly go for a routine medical examination at least once a year (preventive health check up) and do some basic tests like CBC, ESR, blood sugar, TSH, urine routine etc. You can contact me for any further information.
