I started morning walking 3 days before. 30 mins every day. I am an ex asthma patient. After walking for about 10 to 15 minutes I experience cough, some difficulty in breathing. I start breathing through mouth. I can not breathe through mouth. But I can continue it and I complete walking. Heartbeat will rise heavily. 2 days on walking I was okay. But today I felt tight chest along with difficult breathing. Some noise also come while breathing. I thought my asthma was gone when I finished one year long treatment 3 years before I rarely experienced breathe problems in those 3 years 3 or 4 times due to I think biryani I eat. Now it is hard for me to walk morning walk. I experience the early asthmatic problems. Any tips on morning walking for my health is helpful for me. Tnx.
