Can a diabetic + heart patient drink pomegranate juice. because generally doctor refuse to eat fruit that are sweet but on internet I found pomegranate exception.

No. A diabetic should avoid having fruit juices. Have a pomegranate fruit instead.

You should not forget that ot contains sugar. When you extract juice you have to use 3-4 pomegranates for getting a glass of juice but if you want to eat it as fruit use 1/2-1 per day and avoid other fruits on that day. You can understand the language on internet as you wish.
