Yoga Asana + Yogic (sattvic) diet can solve weight problems. Without food control no exercise or Yoga can be effective. Always do Yoga after 10-15 mins of light warm up or walk/ stretch. Surya Namaskar is the best combination to reduce weight and improve complete body tone. It can be done slowly for strength or at fast pace for cardio type fitness. You can keep increasing the number of repetitions as you become more fit. Remember that fitness, weight loss is a long process hence you must enjoy that process so that it becomes a permanent part of your life.
