Recently, while having sex ,I found my partner's condom turned up. So I immediately had ipill. Next day again whole having sex the condom turned up. So now I want to know that, will this make me pregnant, In fact, I'm having little menstrual bleeding which is not periods.

Condom may torn up, If intercourse is done in safe period, no need to worry. But if you have Doubts, do urine pregnancy test UPT after 1 week, with first morning urine.
