I had severe nodular acne on my chin area few months ago I consulted dermatologist who prescribe me Isotroin 10 mg for 3 months which I took n acne were completely gone but now I'm again getting pus pimples all over my face n im not sure whether I should again take 2 dose of Isotroin 10 mg or not. A gap of 3 months came after the first dose please suggest what I should do?

The dose of isotretinoin is 1 mg/ kg. The duration of the treatment should be near 6 months continously even if you have no pimples to avoid the relapse. Start with 20 mg twice a day along with topical clindamycin and inform Me after two weeks. Thanks.
