I feel the constant urge to urinate. I drank plenty of water thinking it is due to a raise in body temperature but it didn't help. The urine is almost clear. At times only a few drops come, but the urge does not go away. A small burning sensation used to be there after urinating but that faded.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to a urinary tract infection - get investigations done, urine RE/ME, culture - depending on the report an antibiotic can be started - have plenty of oral fluids including1-2 litres of water per day.
