Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to improper diet - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, beans, lentils, legumes, tofu, sprouts, nuts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein intake & provide you with continuous energy - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration & digestion - have a snack an hour before exercise & also immediately after it - get your blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone levels checked to rule out any problem.
