I feel weak all the time. Any form of exhaustion on the body be it long walk or some dead lifts keeps my muscles aching for days together. I want to build my core strength and endurance. I seem to have some chronic stomach. No aches but a lot of wind formation and bloating specially after food. I am on mostly a protein based diet of that helps. The most staple intake is non veg and very less carbs or fiber like negligible. I would prefer have a full chicken than a bread/rice with pieces of chicken. And I am into a lot of caffeine. 4-7 cups of black coffee daily. Adding on I drink like 2 60 ml alcohol almost regularly. And adding on I smoke at least a packet of cigarettes. I wanted to make this elaborate on the food habits front. I am a foodie I discovered I have high metabolism so I just can have food like crazy and I love to. But just so that I being a ambitious person do not want to be bogged down by weakness or any form of inability. Thanks.
