Hello, I have three stents placed in my heart. I take normal food but avoid oily stuff and peanuts and cashew in dry fruits. Is it essential to do vigorous exercise or 30 mts walk any time during the day is fine, that is what I do? I take tibetan medicines for heart and my other ailments such as constipation, formation of gas and constant cold with sneezing.

YOu have to do mild or moderate exercises which do not make feel tired .Constipation can be controlled by drinking lot of water and eating high fiber diet and fruits
