Hello, My wife age is 43 suffering from milk secretion in both of her nipples since last three to four months without pregnancy. For contraceptive we are using multi dose from last two years, successful results from last two years. She also feel pain while touching her nipples. No lump found in ultra sonography. Please tell why it starts in this age? Any new sign of further problem. Please reply and diagnose. We are both enjoy regular sex life without hitch.

Galactorrhea (milk secretion) is usually associated with hyperprolactinemia. Better get your serum prolactin done.
