I am 42 years old male, I have pimples issues from the age of 10, it happened to be very acute till the age of 27, it had reduced but still at this age I get it once or twice a year and moreover it used to happen on my face only earlier but now it comes on my head, backside of my ear and on my body also sometimes. And yes I have a very oily face and scalp I don't have dandruff and wash my head and hair daily. Please advice will it ever go or it going to like this rest of my life/

Take plenty of green leafy vegetables daily drink sufficient water minimise oily n spicy foods. Take bath daily with a good antibacterial soap n wash your face three times daily with a oil control antiacne facewash. Use only noncomedogenic facial cosmetics.
