Heres the secret, Thats a direct result of what you generally eat, based on the symptoms im pretty sure that you either consume foods that are sweet, or rice, or roti? Try reducing all of the above and see the change for yourself. Reduce the amount of fruits you are eating too. Add fat to your diet! Healthy fats. Eat more chicken or paneer and less of rice/roti.
