The patient has cough and back pain near lungs. How can we identify if we have lungs cancer or any other infection such as fungal infection or tumor in lungs?

Show to a chest physician. They would examine him clinically and Fibreoptic examination and if needed ask for a chest X-ray or a ct scan. If there is significant history of smoking then e low dose ct scan may be done as a screening tool to rule out cancer. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
