Hi. M 31 years old female. How can I pregnant fast. Should I take 5 mg folic acid tablet for pregnancy. It is ok or harmful?

5 mg Folic acid is fine. But you can't fast track pregnancy. It will happen when it has to. Only 15% couples get pregnant within a single cycle. The remaining take up to 2 years, with everything being normal and with regular unprotected intercourse. So give yourself 6 months time. Take folic acid and if you are still not pregnant, you can see a specialist.
