I work out daily and started heavier dumbbells of 9 pounds. I realized that my palms and fingers began to hurt after that, so I stopped. Now I have a little pain in my fingers, and this pain then starts occurring in my forearms too. It's been going on for a few days. What should I do? I don't like taking pain killers.
