You can take at night before meal just mix 2 teaspoon of apple vinegar with half glass of water and drink immediately. You can also do at morning you just drink 2 to 4 glass of luke warm water in empty stomach. Mix 1 spoon of original honey and 1 lemon over 1 glass of water. Walk for atleast 15 to 20 min you will be fit and fine if required homeopathy medicine for that contect me. Give your feedback. Thank you.
