My mother is a biopsy proven case of IgA diabetic Nephropathy. She is under medication for the last 6 months. Now her urine creatine is 1.2 and 24 our urine protein is 1.1. She was having swelling in her ankles and was taking Lasilactone 50 Mg (1-0-1) since last week. Now there is no swelling. But now the pus in her urine is 3-5 and Rbc is 10-12. Shw don't have any sort of itching or burning sensation while urinating nor have fever. Can this be UTI? What does this high levels indicate? Thank you in advance.
